In the summertime "pop-up" Nia classes are being organized on the beach.

9:00-10:15 am
Strandpaviljoen Zuid
Zuiderstrand 3, Strandslag 11, Den Haag. We dance on the beach to the right of the beach cafe.
€10 (tikkie or cash)
No need to register
Just show up, no need to sign up.
Bring your family. Children of all ages can join the class for free.

Take care of yourself
On warmer and sunny days, bring water, a towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, and for the beach, a bathing suit for a swim after class.
For cloudy and cooler days, bring water and a towel, wear layers, bring a waterproof jacket just in case it rains and socks to keep feet warm during or after class.
