WEEKLY NIA™ DANCE CLASSES
Welcome!
We’re a nice group of people (mostly women and a few fabulous men!) that get together weekly at Cloud/Danslab in The Hague to move, release and enjoy.
We look forward to welcoming you. Every body is welcome. Strong and supple ones, stiff and out of shape ones or those recovering from an injury. No dance experience necessary. Just bring an open mind, your bare feet and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Location & important logistical information
- Free parking on De Constant Rebecquestraat
- To access Cloud/ Danslab walk through the black gates next to Zaal 3 theater. Press CLOUD/Danslab on the intercom system and I will open the door for you.
- Walk to the 2nd floor and to the right through the long corridor.
- Doors open 15 minutes before class time. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early so we can respect the schedule.
- Doors close at the start of class. If you are running late, please send me a WhatsApp message so I can let you in. Be sure to put my phone number in your mobile telephone now +31640843946.
- The studio is wonderful. It’s 100m2, with a proper dance floor, mirrors, high ceilings and windows, which offer lots of natural light and good ventilation. There are toilets and a private space to change, but no access to a shower.
- I prefer you do no attend class if you have symptoms such as a cold, cough, or fever.
